Audio&Video Service Stop

Any equipment being sent back to Audio & Video Service Stop for repairs under warranty is sent back to us at the customers expense. Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair. Any unit being sent back in packaging not up to UPS's shipping standards, whether damaged or otherwise visibly undamaged, can be subjected to the warranty being voided. All warranties start from the date the unit is repaired. All equipment must be sent back in the time frame given for warranty in order to maintain warranty repairs. Any unit sent to us outside of the warranty time frame even with prior notice can still be deemed out of warranty. We reserve the right to void any warranty if the unit has been tampered with, or we suspect the unit has been tampered with. We also reserve the right to void any warranty due to liquid intrusion, physical damage, shorted speaker line, improper voltage or any other damage to the unit that has been caused by improper use.
