Toll Free 800-838-3394 Most equipment can be repaired for our basic price but if additional service is required we will give you a free quote with no obligation. If you decide not to have your unit repaired there is no repair charge. Just the cost to return ship the radio back to you. No payment is required until your radio is repaired and ready to be shipped back to you. Our return shipping charge is $14.00 with insurance for everything but Navigation Systems. Our return shipping charge is $18.00 for Navigation Systems. As always, you are more than welcome to supply your own return shipping label with your radio and then their would be no shipping charges on our end. Also, if you include your email address with your radio we will automatically email you your UPS tracking number so you can keep track every step of the way while your radio is in transit. At least 4 inches of packing material must be all around the unit being shipped to us. If these units get damaged during shipping and UPS says it is due to insufficient packaging and rejects the claim, we will not be held responsible. Any equipment being sent back to Audio & Video Service Stop for repairs under warranty are sent back to us at the customers expense. Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair.Any or all refunds are given in the form of a company check. Any unit sent to us that is found to have no problem, will be charged a $65 bench fee. Audio & Video Service Stop is not responsible for any lost merchandise or personal property, such as CDs, navigational discs, tapes , power accessories, etc..
