All OEM Navigation systems come with either a 90 day or one year written guarantee depending on repair.

* Please make sure to included any power adapter accessories. Price does not include battery replacement. Battery replacement is done only with customer supplied batteries.

Hand Held GPS-Navigation units are defined by Audio & Video Service Stop as any hand held unit that can be moved from one vehicle to the next. An item that can be purchased through a retail outfit. These items are non-OEM equipment and are not a factory option.

OEM Navigation units are defined by Audio & Video Service Stop as any unit that Is a factory option for any vehicle. These units are typically in-dash or trunk mounted units that are installed in a vehicle by a dealer.

Most equipment can be repaired for our basic price but if additional service is required we will give you a free quote with no obligation. If you decide not to have your unit repaired there is no repair charge. Just the cost to return ship the unit back to you.

No payment is required until your Hand Held GPS-Navigation or OEM Navigation is repaired and ready to be shipped back to you.

Our return shipping charge for any Hand Held GPS-Navigation is $10.00 with insurance. As always, you are more than welcome to supply your own return shipping label with your Hand Held Gps-Navigation and then their would be no shipping charges on our end. Also, if you include your email address with your unit and we will automatically email you your UPS tracking number so you can keep track every step of the way while your unit is in transit.

Please make sure and use good strong boxes and good packing material. At least 4 inches of packing material must be all around the unit being shipped to us. If these units get damaged during shipping and UPS says it is due to insufficient packaging and rejects the claim, we will not be held responsible.

Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair.Any or all refunds are given in the form of a company check. Any unit sent to us that is found to have no problem, will be charged a $65 bench fee. Audio & Video Service Stop is not responsible for any lost merchandise or personal property, such as CDs, navigational discs, tapes , power accessories, etc..
