These radios take less than one minute to remove from the vehicle. Ford will sell you a new radio for about $600 to $700, but we can repair your radio for the flat rate of $97.00, and that includes parts and labor. You don't even have to pay us until we have your radio repaired and ready to be shipped back to you. All of our display repairs are fully backed by our one year written guarantee. Volume or On/ Off Problems?If you are also having volume control or power on/off issues. We will replace the volume potentiometer with a brand new one along with rebuilding the power board for our basic car radio repair service of $127.00 for a single media cassette, or $137.00 for a single cd. Your radio will be like new. We actually put NEW parts in your radio. We DO NOT just re-solder the boards like many others do. We are not somebody doing side jobs out of our basement. If we cannot repair your radio display for any reason there is NO CHARGE to you, and we will also send your radio back to you at NO CHARGE. Return shipping for one repaired unit is $12.00 for commercial addresses and $14.00 for residential addresses in the USA (except Alaska and Hawaii), and that includes insurance for safety during transit. Also, if you include your email address with your radio we will automatically email you your UPS tracking number so you can keep track every step of the way while your radio is in transit back to you. If you have an account with UPS, Fed Ex, Airborne or any other major carrier and you would like to include a return shipping label with your radio, you may do that and pay for your own shipping. Turn around time to repair the radio is approximately one (1) business day from when we receive it. Please have your radio boxed and wrapped up very well and it will be returned in the same box it was shipped in. We will be more than happy to supply you with a UPS tracking number for your radio at your request.
Do You Have a 6 Disc Changer or In-Dash 6 Disc Car Radio?If you have an in-dash 6 disc Factory radio, CD changer, or any multi CD player (3-6 disc changer), and you are having any kind of problems with it, we have found that most of these units can be repaired for our one price repair of $157.00. If you have a multi disc (3-6 disc changer) and built in cassette our one price repair would be $167.00. If additional service is required we will give you a free quote with no obligation. If you decide not to have your radio repaired there is no repair charge at all. All repairs come with either a 90 day or one year written guarantee depending upon the repair.

If you decide not to have your unit repaired there is no repair charge. Just the cost to return ship the radio back to you. No payment is required until your radio is repaired and ready to be shipped back to you. Our return shipping charge is $14.00 with insurance for everything but Navigation Systems. Our return shipping charge is $18.00 for Navigation Systems. As always, you are more than welcome to supply your own return shipping label with your radio and then their would be no shipping charges on our end. Also, if you include your email address with your radio we will automatically email you your UPS tracking number so you can keep track every step of the way while your radio is in transit. Any equipment being sent back to Audio & Video Service Stop for repairs under warranty are sent back to us at the customers expense. Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair.Any or all refunds are given in the form of a company check. Any unit sent to us that is found to have no problem, will be charged a $65 bench fee.
